A practice for living well with chronic illness.
One small step at a time.

A quieter way to care for health

Small Steps Lasting Change is a place to tend to health slowly, realistically, and with care.
It is shaped by chronic illness and real-life constraints.
Small Steps Lasting Change is built around The Foundation β four domains of everyday self-care β and The Processes that help that care take root over time. Both live within The Spiral of Change: the way growth actually moves in a real life, cycling and deepening rather than moving in a straight line.
This work supports slow, repeatable practices that fit real lives, not ideal ones.
This work values steadiness over urgency.

Change here is cyclical, not linear.
The practice invites repetition, context, and compassion.
We tend again and again to what is possible now.
